1. Click on the ‘Create new job sheet’ button
2. Search by customer name, mobile number or email id
3. For new customer, click 'create new customer' to proceed
4. Select the mode of service – Carry-in, Onsite or Pickup
5. Fill the customer information, device information and other required details
6. You may also assign technician in case of Carry-In services
7. Click create Job sheet and confirm verifying the entered details
8. A job sheet shall be generated with status ‘Open’– In case of Carry-In Services; ‘Requested’ – In case of Onsite and Pickup.
