At ServeCircle you can search job sheets based on:
- Job sheet number
- Customer Name
- Invoice number of the job sheet
- Product Serial/IMEI number
- Customer mobile number
- Customer email ID
Along with Search, different type of filters can be applied to fetch job sheet data you prefer.
1. Current Assignee of the job sheet
Each job sheet is owned by a user at any point of time. The creator of the job sheet owns the job sheet by default till it gets assigned to a technician or other user.
So, you can filter job sheets based on the current assignee (owner) of the job sheet. The user can be internal or external user - as defined in your user section.
2. Date: Created date and invoice date
You can use two type of date to filter job sheets. Created date, job sheet created date and invoice date, date of invoice for that job sheet.
3. Job sheet status
You can use status filters to segregate job sheets based on status. Understand different job sheet status and its definitions.
Uncheck 'All' status and select your preferred status to be filtered. Single or multiple.
The job sheet data filtered apply any of the above filters can be exported to a CSV file. If no filters are applied, all data within last 31 days shall be exported.
